Bill certain amount of hours & do valuable contribution. Two different pots. Need to bill at least 1750h in a year to get bonus.

CC 4.5 PQE – 180k
CC 5.5 PQE – 183k

Max bonus at 3-3.5 pqe is 50k, at 4-4.5 pqe is 90k, and for 5-5.5pqe is 120k.

CC has good comp.

I believe 80k NQ level is whats commonly reported (indeed on legal cheek). Not sure about the 100k @2/3 PQE but would also love to hear if you’re correct. Where did you see/hear about the remote working?

Not sure how accurate that is—does anyone have confirmation? Doesn’t seem like a firm that usually comes up in salary threads, but maybe they’re quietly competitive and avoiding the usual bunching. Remote working seems to be an option too. Seem to be expanding (in some dept) so considering a side step if it means having a life.
