1) a trainee/solicitor would have presumably be struck off

2) I pray I am never reported for saying “it wasn’t me” in an elevator when it was actually me. In fact, I pray I’m never reported even if I didn’t do something because it sounds like a kangaroo court.

Hundreds of roundabouts defaced across the nation with blood red crosses – and no action is taken by the police. One Banksy and suddenly it must be taken down post haste (out of taxpayer money of course). 2 tier law indeed.

“I reckon hundreds of solicitors in the UK have done something similar at some point in their career. This is not a proportionate or effective outcome…”

Are you seriously suggesting that the frequency of a crime alone should result in greater leniency across the board? If not, what are you saying?

Censorship is when people are not allowed to tag buildings with graffiti. The more graffiti we stop the more censorship there is.

It’s criminal damage fresher, you’d know that if you’d ever read a case.

At 50 cents per ticket? I’m afraid Messi is only getting €25,000 per match, not €2.5m.

Also, this is fairly over-simplified because it takes no account of the fact that the particularly wealthy can essentially bypass private schools (and the VAT) altogether and pick the best state-funded education provider by buying or renting a home within the catchment area of the best non-selective state schools. Top quality education, no cost and it also ends up having the effect of pricing out the least wealthy from the area.

In that case, the local council granted retrospective listed building consent for the artwork. It was removed in 2016, in the course of works to allegedly “repair” the render, which somehow involved the whole wall being stripped back to brick.

Makes bizarre comments about not being “bought” by the money and the lifestyle. Sounds like she’s just blaming the entire world for not passing the exam.

I don’t know how could anyone can trust her to do well in the job. If your Linkedin posts are so incoherent, I’m no trusting you with reading a 50 page contract.

AI can be used to help break down the work likely to be involved in a brief and make estimates. This will provide clarity and certainty for clients and allow firms leveraging AI to both undercut firms operating a traditional time and materials model and ALSO increase profits.
