No. But they need a quick and simple appeals process for technical errors that mean multiple individuals have failed the SQE through no fault of their own. When eventually ‘remarked’ (i.e., the technical error corrected), sometimes 6 months later when they have lost their training contract, they have achieved a top quartile result.
